Day 5

Brunch – Milk and cereal

Dinner – Rice and bok choy. Hungry. While waiting for rice to cook, ate more milk and cereal.

ALL I THINK ABOUT IS FOOD. And when my next meal is. And what I’ll eat. And how long I’ll eat – should I eat quickly, to satisfy myself? Should I go slowly, and savor it and feel fuller? Food, food, food. All I think of.
